Senior Staff AI Engineer
Job Summary
Architecting and building production-grade agentic AI systems, the full-time Senior Staff AI Engineer will operate autonomous agents for Access Management across Identity Security Products in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-agent systems orchestration, ensuring reliability and performance in production
- Develop enterprise-grounded reasoning capabilities for agents utilizing Access Graph and permission data
- Establish trust, safety, and governance measures, including observability and compliance infrastructure for autonomous systems
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems
- Proven experience in designing and operating agentic systems in production environments
- Proficiency in Python, with familiarity in systems languages such as Go, Java, or C++ as a plus
- Experience with frontier AI SDKs and model evaluation in production settings
- Demonstrated technical leadership in architecture ownership and mentoring on production AI practices
