Senior Staff Applications Engineer
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Staff Applications Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive increased usage of the Static Timing Analysis tool, PrimeTime, in both pre-sale and post-sale capacity
- Provide customer training, tapeout support, and advance collaboration initiatives for product enhancements
- Work closely with users/customers and multiple organizations like R&D, marketing, sales among others
Required Qualifications:
- Deep domain knowledge in STA and participated in multiple chip tapeouts preferably at 10nm or below nodes
- Deep Synopsys STA tool, PrimeTime experience and knowledge
- Knowledge of timing corners/modes, process variation, and signal integrity related issues
- BSEE/MSEE required with 12+ years of experience
- Familiarity with synthesis, physical design, extraction, and ECO methodology is desired
