Senior Staff Data Engineer
Job Summary
To support the data infrastructure needs of a growing organization, the full-time Senior Staff Data Engineer will design, build, and maintain core data systems for analytics and machine learning while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and maintain data pipelines that support analytics, experimentation, and AI use cases
- Own data architecture decisions focusing on scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency
- Establish data quality standards and monitor critical datasets for compliance and reliability
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles
- Strong proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, preferably Python
- Hands-on experience with building production data pipelines at scale
- Experience with modern data platforms and orchestration tools
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
