Job Summary
Providing strategic technical direction, the full-time Senior Staff DSP Engineer will lead the development and implementation of Digital Signal Processing solutions across complex programs, with the option to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Define and advance DSP methodologies, architectures, and best practices across the organization
- Lead the resolution of complex engineering challenges and influence DSP technical direction across multiple projects
- Mentor DSP engineers and provide technical oversight throughout the engineering lifecycle, including design reviews and implementation
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical discipline with at least 12 years of relevant engineering experience; Master's degree preferred
- Extensive experience in Digital Signal Processing architecture, algorithm development, and implementation in hardware
- Demonstrated experience providing technical leadership on complex DSP systems
- Experience developing and implementing DSP algorithms in FPGA and/or ASIC hardware
- Ability to independently resolve complex technical challenges and influence technical decisions across engineering disciplines
