Senior Staff Engineer, Weapons Integration

Job Summary

To lead the integration of weapons and payloads on aircraft, the full-time Senior Staff Engineer, Weapons Integration will collaborate with design teams, create mechanical designs, and support testing efforts in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with aircraft design teams to perform mechanical weapons integration activities
• Design pylons, fittings, and support design reviews while reporting on design process accomplishments
• Support integration and testing efforts, including ground and flight tests

Required qualifications

• B.S. in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical or mechanism design
• Strong CAD skills, preferably in NX
• Familiarity with Bomb Rack Units/Assemblies (BRA/BRU) and Launcher Assembly Units (LAU)
• Ability to obtain a S//SAR level security clearance desired
