Job Summary
Building large-scale Voice AI distributed systems, the full-time Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer will design, develop, and implement core Voice Platform components while collaborating with product managers and mentoring colleagues in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of the core Voice Platform, including Audio Acquisition and Speech Generation
- Partner with product managers to understand customer use cases and technology challenges, ensuring successful outcomes
- Enforce best practices in software engineering by building high-quality, scalable, and reusable code while promoting knowledge-sharing across teams
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience building distributed Voice AI systems at a large operational scale
- 4+ years of experience developing LLM-based applications and integrating models
- Development experience with Python, Golang, Java, or similar languages for at least 4 years
- Experience operating highly available distributed workloads on Kubernetes using a DevOps approach
