Job Summary
To contribute to the design and implementation of a core Voice Platform, the full-time Senior Staff Machine Learning Engineer will build and deploy large-scale Voice AI distributed systems, partner with product managers to address customer challenges, and enforce best practices in software engineering.
Key responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement the core Voice Platform components including Audio Acquisition and Speech Generation
- Collaborate with product managers to understand customer use cases and technology challenges
- Build high-quality, scalable, and reusable code while promoting knowledge-sharing among team members
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of relevant industry experience
- Hands-on experience with distributed Voice AI systems at operational scale
- 4+ years of experience building LLM-based applications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Golang, or Java
- Experience operating distributed workloads on Kubernetes in a DevOps environment
