Senior Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for Teradata's Enterprise Context Engine, the full-time Senior Staff Product Manager will drive product lifecycle management, connect technical depth with platform leadership, and lead cross-functional teams to enhance contextual AI capabilities in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end roadmap for the Context Engine, translating customer needs into product requirements and success criteria
• Lead the integration of metadata and data into a unified knowledge graph, ensuring high-quality context delivery for both humans and AI agents
• Define governance and quality frameworks for context lifecycle management, ensuring accuracy and trustworthiness of contextual data

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of experience, including 8+ years in product management or technical product leadership
• Deep familiarity with knowledge graph technologies and semantic knowledge platforms, including ontology design and graph query languages
• Strong technical fluency in enterprise data architecture and metadata management frameworks
• Demonstrated experience building enterprise GraphRAG pipelines and hybrid semantic search solutions
• Proven ability to align cross-functional teams around clear product outcomes and measurable success criteria
