Senior Staff Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategy and roadmap for Teradata's Enterprise Context Engine, the full-time Senior Staff Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams to enhance metadata and business context, ensuring effective delivery to both human analysts and AI agents in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end roadmap for the Context Engine, translating customer needs into product requirements and success criteria
• Drive the product lifecycle from discovery to continuous improvement, ensuring customer value and competitive positioning
• Oversee context delivery APIs and retrieval capabilities, shaping how agents and frameworks consume context

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, including 8+ years in product management focused on enterprise AI/ML or metadata curation
• Deep familiarity with knowledge graph technologies and metadata management, including ontology design and graph query languages
• Strong technical fluency in enterprise data architecture and data governance frameworks
• Experience building enterprise GraphRAG pipelines and hybrid semantic search solutions
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams towards clear product outcomes and measurable success criteria
