Senior Staff SDET

Job Summary

Owning quality architecture and engineering strategy, the full-time Senior Staff SDET will lead the application of AI across testing and release pipelines while building frameworks and platforms critical to the engineering team, all in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Own quality architecture for critical systems, defining long-term quality strategies aligned with business goals
• Lead the AI-driven testing strategy, including autonomous test generation and intelligent test selection
• Establish quality metrics and operational maturity, mentoring senior technical leaders and enhancing team capabilities

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in quality engineering or SDET roles with a focus on quality strategy and automation platforms
• Proven track record in designing and scaling test automation frameworks across the full stack
• Deep proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, or Kotlin for building automation frameworks
• Hands-on experience applying AI in testing, including intelligent test selection and self-healing automation
• Strong understanding of modern development practices and experience embedding quality gates into CI/CD systems
