Senior Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Defining the technical architecture and engineering direction for core products, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer - Full Stack will write high-quality production code, lead zero to one projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Define full stack architectures for large scale systems and drive their adoption across multiple teams
- Regularly write production code, build proofs of concept, and manage projects from design to launch
- Partner with Product leadership to align engineering roadmaps with company strategy and improve engineering best practices
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience building production systems at scale with a strong coding background
- Deep full stack expertise with 5+ years in system design and architecture across teams
- Strong fluency in JavaScript, TypeScript, Go, and experience with Python for machine learning applications
- Experience with relational databases, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure (AWS)
- Proven ability to mentor senior engineers and drive technical consensus across diverse stakeholders
