Senior Staff Software Engineer
Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on Senior Staff Software Engineer in Partner Integrations, this remote full-time position will oversee the technical roadmap, collaborating across teams to standardize APIs and tools for external partners while executing product development that enhances the rent payment experience.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with organizational goals across APIs, SDKs, and web experiences
- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Design, Infrastructure, Sales, and Customer Success teams to execute product development
- Lead the delivery of impactful products end to end while maintaining high quality and timely execution
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years of software engineering experience, including at least 3 years in a hands-on technical leadership role
- Experience in delivering multiple high-impact products on time and with a high quality standard
- Proven ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with FinTech and major payment rails, along with experience building integrations with external partners
