Job Summary
Leading the technical vision for the Notifications & Growth Platform, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will shape multi-year roadmaps, partner with cross-functional teams to deliver user communication systems, and ensure the reliability and scalability of platforms in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Shape the technical vision and multi-year roadmap aligned with engagement and retention goals
- Lead cross-functional delivery of end-to-end solutions for notifications and growth experiences
- Make architectural decisions to enhance the quality, reliability, and scalability of the systems
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience, including roles as Staff or Senior Staff Engineer
- Demonstrated ability to leverage AI to improve workflow efficiency and output quality
- Proven technical leadership in driving architecture across multiple services and teams
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience
