Job Summary
Driving the technical direction for innovative AI agents, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will design and architect intelligent incident and alert investigation systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a flexible or remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and architect next-generation systems for incident investigation and remediation to automate processes
- Define architecture and best practices while leveraging the latest AI/ML models for project integrations
- Mentor engineers and lead technical decision-making on high-impact initiatives across multiple teams
Required qualifications:
- 12+ years of experience in building scalable software applications using Java or similar languages
