Job Summary
Leading architecture direction in a hybrid work environment, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will manage complex data-access and data-movement products, focusing on performance, scalability, and reliability across multiple scrum teams.
Key responsibilities
- Own end-to-end architecture for Zero Copy Connectors and Remote Process Sync, ensuring high performance and reliability
- Drive cross-team technical leadership across the Workflow Data Fabric portfolio, promoting coherent designs and consistent security practices
- Mentor senior engineers and lead architecture reviews, while actively writing and reviewing production code
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly with large-scale distributed systems or data platforms
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, data integration, and fault tolerance
- Experience with Kubernetes, multi-tenant SaaS architecture, and data security/governance
- Strong coding ability in systems languages like Java, C++, Go, or Scala
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
