Job Summary
Owning the technical direction for the Ops Portal, Device Configurator Application, and Unified Device Diagnostics, the full-time Senior Staff Software Engineer will write production code, lead architectural decisions, and collaborate with product and design leads in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Own technical direction, architecture, and release cadence for multiple products
- Write production code and review work across various platforms and technologies
- Lead the evolution of AI-assisted diagnostics and ensure change safety for device fleets
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with production systems
- Strong backend proficiency in Kotlin and/or Python
- Hands-on experience with Android device fleets and their management
- Deep AWS experience, including IoT Core and serverless architecture
- Experience as a technical lead on product teams, owning architectural direction
