Job Summary

Driving critical cross-functional priorities, the full-time Senior Staff Strategic Operations will manage strategic programs, establish governance frameworks, and oversee change management efforts while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and execution of high-impact programs, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy
• Organize complex problems into prioritized milestones and deliverables, driving accountability for strategic outcomes
• Develop scalable processes and templates to enhance program delivery and facilitate organizational transitions

Required qualifications

• 12 years of project/program management experience in mid/large size companies, ideally in software engineering/product development
• Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• Proven leadership and facilitation skills to influence and motivate cross-functional teams
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building abilities across various functions
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex technical issues to executives
