Senior Staffing Consultant

Job Summary

To support client workforce needs, the full-time Senior Contingent Workforce Staffing Consultant will manage a remote team, facilitate the procurement of temporary and contract employees, and provide strategic guidance to hiring managers while utilizing procurement technology tools.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and develop a small team of Staffing Consultants, ensuring compliance with program processes and effective workload alignment
• Consult with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and implement sourcing strategies while monitoring requisition progress
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, proactively addressing service delivery issues and ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in recruitment or temporary labor management
• Strong understanding of procurement technology tools, particularly Fieldglass, and experience with MSP KPI and SLA management
• Proven ability to create and maintain strategic client relationships and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Business/Human Resources or equivalent experience
• Experience in invoice resolution within an MSP context
