Senior Staffing Consultant
Job Summary
Providing expertise in workforce management, the full-time Senior Staffing Consultant will facilitate the procurement of temporary and contract employees for onsite operations while managing client interactions and utilizing procurement technology tools in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Consult with hiring managers to assess staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
- Analyze and present Talent Community and Team Performance data to leadership while monitoring requisition progress
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements are met
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the staffing industry, particularly in contingent workforce staffing or MSP roles within Pharma/BioPharma
- Proven ability to multitask and manage competing priorities with attention to detail
- Strong data entry, analytical, and organizational skills
- Experience in developing strategic relationships that enhance client and employee engagement
- Technical proficiency with tools such as MS Office and VMS systems
