Senior Staffing Manager
Job Summary
Owning the full recruiting lifecycle for high-volume client engagements, the remote Senior Manager of Strategic Staffing will lead a team to manage workforce forecasting, sourcing, and onboarding while ensuring compliance with client SLAs.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruiting process from requisition intake to onboarding for assigned client programs
- Develop hiring plans based on client headcount and service level agreements, including weekly targets and pipeline ratios
- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters and coordinators, ensuring effective communication and performance tracking
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in a senior management role at a staffing or RPO firm
- Proven ability to deliver 200+ hires within a single program or quarter
- Experience managing recruiting teams of 4 or more, including remote and contract staff
- Strong understanding of recruiting metrics and capacity modeling
- Familiarity with US employment law and compliance requirements related to hiring
