Job Summary
To support a growing staffing initiative, the remote Senior Staffing Recruiter will identify staffing opportunities, build talent pipelines, and develop strategic relationships to ensure a qualified talent pool is ready for immediate and future staffing needs.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain talent pipelines aligned with current and anticipated business needs
- Maintain ongoing relationships with prospective candidates to ensure workforce readiness
- Partner with leadership to identify emerging workforce opportunities and new staffing contract vehicles
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 3-7 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, talent acquisition, or workforce planning
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills
- Experience using recruiting and sourcing platforms and applicant tracking systems
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with business development leadership
