Job Summary
Ensuring compliance within the insurance regulatory system across all 50 states, the full-time Senior State Filings Specialist will manage product compliance research, filing activities in SERFF, and communication with state insurance departments while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research and analysis on product compliance with state insurance laws
- Oversee annual compliance filings and manage filings related to the California Public Utilities Commission
- Collaborate with internal teams to inform them of compliance changes impacting product offerings
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combined education and experience
- 1 to 3 years of state product filing experience in the property and casualty industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
