Senior State Manager

Job Summary

To drive growth and oversee state performance, the fully remote Senior State Manager will operate with end-to-end accountability for executing strategic objectives, managing product initiatives, and leading cross-functional teams while ensuring alignment with customer needs and market dynamics.

Key responsibilities

• Own state strategy and performance, establishing priorities and monitoring results to achieve growth and profitability
• Lead cross-functional execution by building partnerships across various departments to deliver business results
• Develop organizational capability by mentoring teams and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in insurance, product management, pricing, or related business leadership roles
• Proven ability to lead complex business initiatives and drive measurable results
• Strong financial acumen with experience interpreting P&Ls and business performance metrics
• Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse stakeholder groups
