Senior Store Design Manager

Job Summary

As a hands-on design leader, the full-time Senior Store Design Manager will be responsible for translating HOKA's global retail concept strategy into distinctive store environments, overseeing design execution from concept through to store opening in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative development and execution of retail concepts, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and consumer insights
• Manage retail projects end-to-end, maintaining design intent and consumer experience standards throughout all phases
• Direct and manage external architects and design agencies, setting clear briefs and monitoring budgets and timelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in Retail Design, preferably within the footwear or apparel industry
• Experience executing retail design projects across multiple store formats
• Strong design communication skills, including renderings, sketches, and presentations
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
