Senior Strategic Alliance Manager

Job Summary

Driving the activation and success of key partnerships, the full-time Senior Strategic Alliance Manager will manage relationships with major Strategic Alliance partners, set strategic direction, and collaborate cross-functionally in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of the relationship with a major Strategic Alliance partner, setting strategic vision and managing progress toward goals
• Lead external relationships and conduct regular business reviews to assess partnership success and alignment
• Develop and execute measurable activation plans to achieve growth and expansion for both organizations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of healthcare experience in managing external business relationships, such as account management or customer success
• Proven ability to thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments with a bias for action
• Strong accountability and organizational skills for managing complex, cross-functional workstreams
• Experience in digital health or high-growth company environments is a plus
• Management consulting experience is advantageous
