Senior Strategic Analyst

Job Summary

Translating complex business questions into actionable insights, the full-time Senior Strategic Analyst will analyze financial and operational data, develop analytical solutions, and partner with organizational leaders to enhance decision-making in a remote capacity across the Western U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to define analytical questions that align with strategic objectives and challenges
• Analyze complex datasets to identify key business performance drivers and provide actionable recommendations
• Develop and maintain financial and operational models to support business performance evaluations and strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Analytics, Accounting, or a related field preferred
• 6+ years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, or a related discipline
• Strong SQL proficiency and advanced Excel skills for data analysis and model development
• Experience with modern analytics tools such as Snowflake, dbt, and Python
• Ability to effectively communicate analytical findings to senior leadership through presentations
