Analyzing critical business questions to inform revenue and guest satisfaction strategies, the full-time Senior Strategic Analyst will conduct strategic analyses, integrate AI into workflows, and support executive teams with actionable insights and recommendations.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct strategic analyses to identify opportunity areas that drive brand performance
- Measure success through tracking and analyses, applying prescriptive and predictive analysis techniques
- Enhance reporting richness using advanced data visualization tools to convey large amounts of information
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in statistics, analytics, or other quantitative fields
- 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably in travel or hospitality
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to query data using SQL, Tableau, R, or Python
- Proven ability to tell a story and advise strategy based on data
- Demonstrated initiative and creative problem-solving in a collaborative environment
