Job Summary
Driving high-quality delivery and user adoption, the full-time Senior Strategic Consultant will manage the execution and configuration of solutions for staffing industry clients, ensuring alignment with business requirements while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborating with the Solution Owner to design and execute detailed configurations for major functional areas of the solution
- Leading business process mapping sessions to identify pain points and optimize workflows for operational efficiency
- Contributing to customer change management and adoption plans while acting as a trusted advisor on best practices
Required qualifications
- 4-7+ years of experience in the staffing industry or complex SaaS implementation
- Proven track record in executing and optimizing complex business processes, particularly in ATS/CRM implementations
- Experience consulting with small to mid-sized staffing agencies
- Strong understanding of recruiter workflows and business process optimization principles
- Relevant certifications such as Certified Staffing Professional (CSP), Project Management Professional (PMP), or Lean Six Sigma
