Job Summary
To promote a data-driven culture within operations, the full-time Senior Strategic Data Analyst will leverage analytics to provide insights for decision-making, develop repeatable analytics for leadership, and ensure the integrity of business processes while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Leverage analytical tools to generate insights that facilitate key decisions by department leadership
- Develop and improve metrics that evaluate department performance and create detailed documentation reports to support processes
- Partner with IT and business teams to solve problems, develop algorithms, and identify trends and opportunities
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
- Proficiency in scripting and programming skills, with expertise in SQL and data analysis tools
- Experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and applied statistics skills
- Ability to run queries from a data warehouse and innovate audit techniques
- Experience using MS Office suite, including Microsoft Access, Excel, and Word
