Senior Strategic Finance Manager
Job Summary
Partnering closely with various functions, the full-time Senior Strategic Finance Manager will drive capital allocation decisions, manage financial planning and budgeting processes, and leverage AI tools to enhance insights and efficiency in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as an embedded finance business partner, translating business plans into financial plans and vice versa
- Build and pressure-test business cases for investments, tracking outcomes and unit economics
- Run the financial planning and monthly forecasting process, managing the operating budget and conducting variance analysis
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity/Venture Capital combined with a Strategic Finance role in a tech company
- Proven track record of influencing business decisions through financial analysis
- Ability to define scope and structure in ambiguous situations, driving clarity across cross-functional teams
- Strong communication skills to convey complex insights tailored to different audiences
- Experience utilizing AI tools to enhance financial analysis and decision-making processes
