Senior Strategic Insights Manager

Job Summary

As a full-time remote Senior Strategic Insights Manager, the successful candidate will leverage data-driven solutions to address business challenges for life sciences clients, collaborating with both clients and internal teams to maximize value realization from H1's platform and data sources.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers as a Subject Matter Expert to identify client needs and develop custom data-driven solutions
• Lead strategic discovery processes and optimize the user platform experience through bespoke analyses and data visualizations
• Collaborate with H1 leadership and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of results that meet client objectives

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the life sciences industry, particularly in data analytics, insights generation, or strategic consulting
• Proven experience delivering data-driven solutions that address client business challenges
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and meet deadlines
• Expertise in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis with the ability to create impactful data visualizations
• Familiarity with the clinical trial landscape and expert engagement strategies is a plus
