Key Responsibilities
- Own the logic of Must-Win Battles, ensuring clear ownership, measurable goals, and baseline metrics
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on scalability and operational efficiency
- Design and manage the operational strategic rhythm of the business, including planning cycles and performance reviews
Required Qualifications
- 6-9+ years in Strategy & Operations, BizOps, Corporate Strategy, or management consulting, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Experience managing company-level strategic initiatives and recommending resource reallocation
- Quantitative skills to build complex models and synthesize executive discussions into clear decisions
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and navigate organizational dynamics effectively
- Demonstrated experience with AI-enabled workflows that improve operational efficiency
