Senior Strategic Solutions Architect

Job Summary

To enhance clinical development opportunities, the remote Senior Strategic Solutions Architect will partner with cross-functional teams to create compelling customer-facing narratives, manage bid defense presentations, and translate complex information into persuasive messages that drive engagement and improve win rates.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead cross-functional story architecture sessions to define sponsor priorities and establish the overarching narrative for strategic pursuits
• Develop executive-ready bid defense presentations and narrative frameworks that connect sponsor needs with proposed solutions
• Coach presenters on message clarity and audience engagement while ensuring alignment across all pursuit materials

Required qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in CRO, pharmaceutical, biotech, or related fields with a focus on proposal development and strategic communications
• Proven ability to create clear, audience-centered narratives from complex information
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint and executive presentation development, including storyboarding
• Strong commercial judgment and experience influencing senior stakeholders without direct authority
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority pursuits in a deadline-driven environment
