Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager

Job Summary

Managing complex strategic sourcing initiatives, the full-time Senior Strategic Sourcing Manager will lead competitive bidding activities, develop sourcing strategies, and negotiate supplier contracts in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives and competitive bidding activities for assigned business units and procurement categories
• Develop and execute Requests for Proposals (RFPs), evaluate proposals, and negotiate contracts to optimize costs and maximize value
• Analyze market conditions and spending data to develop effective procurement strategies and partner with senior stakeholders to align initiatives with business objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, Procurement, or a related field
• Seven or more years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, including leading end-to-end RFPs and competitive bidding events
• Proven experience delivering measurable cost savings and optimizing supplier value
• Hands-on experience with procurement or procure-to-pay (P2P) systems
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with suppliers and internal stakeholders
