Senior Strategist
Job Summary
To enhance the National Security business unit's performance, the remote Senior Strategist will drive strategic initiatives, engage with customer leadership, and support internal improvements focused on Agile practices in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customer leadership to support strategic planning and continuous improvement
- Formulate and measure business strategic goals while evaluating customer delivery performance
- Lead internal strategic improvements and support hiring and contract capture as a subject matter expert
Required qualifications
- Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a Public Trust
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years of consulting experience, particularly in developing organizational strategy
- Experience supporting federal agencies, preferably DHS
- Knowledge and application of Agile practices, including team coaching and leadership
