Senior Strategy Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Strategy Analyst will create analytical methods and models to address business questions, improve leadership visibility, and establish durable analytical capabilities for decision-making.

Key responsibilities

• Build decision-ready analytical capabilities from problem framing to implementation
• Develop measures and models to identify business drivers and emerging risks
• Automate workflows and create reusable methods to enhance analytics speed and scalability

Required qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of experience in strategic or operational analytics with ownership of complex analytical problems
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience; a master's degree or MBA is a plus
• Advanced analytical skills in Excel, SQL, and/or Python, with experience in business data models and visualization tools
• Strong business judgment with the ability to translate complex analysis into clear insights
• Ability to balance analytical rigor with business pace and work independently
