Job Summary
Leading and executing critical strategy projects, the full-time Senior Strategy and Value Creation Associate will drive unit economic improvements, accelerate profitable sales growth, and support M&A activity while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Prioritize, plan, execute, and track the success of key strategic initiatives
- Conduct primary and secondary market research to inform solutions and present findings to executive stakeholders
- Support regular reporting and planning efforts, including preparation for quarterly board meetings and annual strategic reviews
Required qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy
- Bachelor's degree or higher with strong academic performance
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and methods, including Excel and preferably Tableau, R, Python, Redshift, or SQL
- Experience in market-facing research and analysis, including competitive landscaping and consumer surveys
- Interest in scaling AI adoption within a large organization
