Senior Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives across the organization, the full-time remote Senior Strategy Consultant will conduct research and analyses, develop business strategies, and collaborate with leadership to drive transformational plans that enhance company profitability and competitive positioning.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development of enterprise, pillar, and line of business strategies while participating in the annual operational planning process
• Ensure adherence to Board delivery timelines, including the coordination and preparation of content for Board of Directors and Committee meetings
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify strategic initiatives and develop metrics to measure progress against enterprise goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, marketing, statistics, or a related field
• Eight years of experience in corporate strategy, strategic planning, or management consulting
• Working knowledge of the vision, healthcare, or insurance industry
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and ability to communicate complex ideas simply
• Demonstrated ability to work through details and execute strategic initiatives effectively
