Senior Strategy Consultant

Job Summary

To enhance clinical, operational, and financial performance, the full-time remote Senior Strategy Consultant will develop measurement methodologies, analyze healthcare data, and provide actionable insights to leadership and initiative teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop measurement strategies for Integrated Solutions initiatives, including performance tracking and evaluation
• Conduct advanced analyses of claims and utilization data to identify opportunities for improvement across various dimensions
• Translate complex data findings into clear recommendations and insights for decision-making and initiative evaluation

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Administration, or a quantitative field with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience
• Experience in project management, advanced analytics, and business development
• Familiarity with healthcare data and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of relational databases and experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Qlik
• Preferred experience in consulting, investment banking, or service line management environments
