Senior Strategy Director

Job Summary

To shape and execute corporate strategy, the full-time remote Senior Strategy Director will lead critical initiatives, influence executive decisions, and manage the annual strategy cycle while collaborating closely with the CEO and executive leadership team.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual strategy process, including theme intake, charters, and executive strategy sessions
• Coordinate and run monthly business reviews, ensuring alignment on decisions and actions
• Lead corporate development efforts, including identifying and evaluating potential acquisitions and partnerships

Required qualifications

• 10+ years in corporate strategy, consulting, or corporate development, with experience working with C-suite executives
• Proven track record of running enterprise planning or strategic initiative processes
• Demonstrated original strategic thinking that has influenced a company's direction or offerings
• Strong problem-solving skills and financial fluency, including business cases and P&L analysis
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
