Senior Strategy Manager

Job Summary

To drive strategic initiatives within the organization, the full-time Senior Strategy Manager will formulate and execute business strategies, manage cross-business growth opportunities, and support portfolio and M&A decisions in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate differentiated strategies by developing market-backed segment and business strategies in collaboration with leadership
• Convert strategic priorities into actionable workplans, leading selected cross-business initiatives from definition through implementation
• Identify and advance growth opportunities across connected capabilities, aligning stakeholders and maintaining momentum

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, Economics, Science, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred
• Approximately 8-12+ years of experience in strategy, general management, or corporate development roles
• Demonstrated ability to formulate and execute strategies that yield measurable business outcomes
• Experience in health and science technology or complex B2B environments is strongly preferred
• Working knowledge of M&A strategy and direct transaction experience is a plus
