Job Summary
Supporting executive leadership, the full-time Senior Strategy Partner will manage major strategy projects, provide analytical support, and develop strategic recommendations while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Work with business and market owners to identify key issues, develop solutions, and present findings to stakeholders
- Manage major strategy projects involving internal and external consulting resources
- Develop analytical frameworks and consult with business owners to resolve complex issues critical to strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in strategic planning or related work
- 2 years of consulting experience or equivalent combination of experience and advanced degree
- Extensive knowledge of health insurance and/or provider operations
- Experience in operational improvement and managing relationships in a matrixed environment
