Senior Student Re-Enrollment Advisor

Job Summary

Supporting previously enrolled students through proactive outreach and re-enrollment planning, the full-time Senior Student Re-Enrollment Advisor will manage a caseload across multiple partner institutions, helping students navigate barriers to successful re-enrollment in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned caseload of previously enrolled students, providing structured, student-centered guidance and follow-up
• Conduct high-volume outreach through various communication channels to engage students and develop clear re-enrollment action plans
• Monitor student progress and collaborate with internal and partner teams to refine processes and improve student outcomes

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required
• Approximately 3+ years of relevant higher education experience in academic advising, admissions, or student success
• Experience managing a student caseload in a high-volume, outcomes-driven environment
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to advocate for student progress across organizational boundaries
• Proficient in using CRM and student information systems, with strong technology fluency
