Key responsibilities
- Serve as the operational point of contact for trial execution and deliverables
- Manage Clinical Trial Team activities, including recruitment planning and protocol training
- Oversee budget alignment and operational details for study readiness and close-out tasks
Required qualifications
- BS/BA/MS/PhD with 7+ years of clinical research experience
- Minimum 2 years of pharmaceutical experience with demonstrated leadership responsibilities
- Experience in protocol design for pragmatic trials and vendor/technology integration
- Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Global experience in infectious disease and/or vaccines preferred
