Senior Subservicing Analyst

Job Summary

Managing subservicing client relationships, the full-time Senior Subservicing Analyst will ensure compliance with laws and contractual requirements while overseeing reporting deliverables and vendor portfolios in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day relationships with multiple subservicing clients and oversee ongoing client deliverables
• Enhance reporting deliverables and implement updates to support changes in client requirements
• Facilitate monthly invoicing processes and maintain documentation for client transfers and initiatives

Required qualifications:

• 5-10 years of mortgage loan servicing experience preferred
• Strong understanding of subservicing and client relationships
• Experience with client billing, remittance, and cash flows
• Proficient with servicing and MS-Office applications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; MBA certification preferred
