Senior Supplier Enablement Specialist
Job Summary
To support a global procurement transformation, the part-time Senior Supplier Enablement Specialist will automate supplier communications, onboard suppliers to the global portal, and implement catalogs and cXML processes remotely.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and run supplier communication workflows using Power Automate, including campaign emails and follow-ups
- Prepare and manage supplier surveys and cXML questionnaires, driving participation through follow-ups
- Troubleshoot catalog files, cXML connections, and supplier portal issues while providing guidance to enablement contractors
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with Power Automate and building cXML, PunchOut, and hosted catalogs
- Experience with supplier portals, preferably Coupa Supplier Portal
- Strong supplier communication and stakeholder-management skills
- 3-5 years of experience in procurement or supplier enablement
- Fluent written and spoken English
