Job Summary
Focused on driving optimization for the Fresh Breadbox program, the full-time salaried Senior Supply Chain Analyst will manage inventory and supply management across multiple locations while collaborating with various internal teams to meet production and stock level goals.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and optimize inventory levels, taking corrective actions as necessary
- Schedule production and develop monthly purchase plans for assigned product groups
- Lead the S&OP process and analyze seasonal inventory builds to ensure product availability
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 5-10 years of experience in Supply Chain optimization, preferably in the food and beverage sector
- Strong project management skills with experience in demand planning applications and ERP systems
- Solid quantitative skills with a practical background in business or operations
- Specialized studies in forecasting, modeling, data mining, and/or statistics are highly preferred
