Job Summary
To support the vision and operations of the Supply Chain organization, the full-time Senior Supply Chain Manager will manage sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts with suppliers, and foster collaboration across business functions while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop short and long-term sourcing strategies to achieve business objectives
- Negotiate and maintain contracts with key suppliers to ensure quality and competitiveness
- Lead a team of purchasing agents and buyers, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the Supply Chain
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, construction management, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 14 years of experience in supply chain management or related fields
- Proven leadership experience in hiring, coaching, and mentoring a team
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, purchasing procedures, and contract negotiations
- Current driver's license
