Senior Supply Planner

Job Summary

Owning the supply planning for finished goods, the full-time Senior Supply Planner will manage buying recommendations, collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory, and drive process improvements in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own buying recommendations for generic Rx, branded, and non-Rx finished goods based on demand forecasts and safety stock levels
• Partner with Demand Planning and Supply Chain to align on risks, opportunities, and supplier constraints while managing inventory across multiple sites
• Identify gaps in planning processes and tools, improving them while mentoring other planners on the team

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in supply or inventory planning, ideally in a regulated environment
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience with ERP, planning, and replenishment systems
• Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets, including data manipulation skills
• SQL experience preferred; BigQuery knowledge is a plus
