Senior Supply Planning Manager

Job Summary

To oversee the hardware supply planning process for the global market, the remote Senior Supply Planning Manager will develop and maintain rolling 12-month production, shipment, and capacity plans while collaborating with various teams to optimize inventory levels and enhance customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Convert the demand plan into supply plans and targets by SKU, region, and distribution center, aligned with revenue and cost objectives
• Drive capacity planning by maintaining rolling 12-month production and capacity plans and recommending tradeoffs when constraints arise
• Monitor weekly coverage to identify risks of shortages or excess inventory, implementing necessary adjustments in collaboration with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or Economics
• 6+ years of experience in consulting and supply chain planning, with a focus on supply planning and inventory management
• Experience in building supply plans against factory capacity and component constraints
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to synthesize information for various stakeholders
• Working knowledge of ERP and planning systems, such as NetSuite and E2Open
